WHAT'S NEW

The 30th birthday edition of "DNA" fanzine was published in two parts - issue # 109 at the end of November 2009 and issue # 110 in March 2010. Both are now available for purchase, through this website and either at Clarity Records (58 Pulteney Street, in the city) or Funhouse Records (160 Magill Road, Norwood) in Adelaide for $3 and $5 respectively.

NORTH ADELAIDE BOOK SALE # 9 - September, 2010

Our ninth independent book sale takes place between 10am and 4pm on Sunday the 12th of September, 2010, at the North Adelaide Community Centre. This is located behind the North Adelaide Public Library, at 176 Tynte Street, North Adelaide (next to the Post Office, and opposite the Daniel O'Connell Hotel). The venue is air conditioned and there is a large ramp at the front door for easy wheelchair access. Entry is free and EFTPOS is available (American Express, Mastercard and Visa, plus debit cards).

STUDENTS ARE VERY WELCOME.

On offer will be several thousand secondhand books, many priced at just 50 cents and only a small number are ex-library books. They’ll be sorted & displayed in the following categories -

FICTION -
Australiana / Crime Fiction / Historical Fiction / Horror / Humour / Literature, Poetry & Plays / Science Fiction & Fantasy / Thriller / TV & Movie Novelisations / War Fiction / Westerns, along with a wide range of general fiction.

Plus a selection of children's books.

TV SCIENCE FICTION & FANTASY -
A considerable number of books relating to Doctor Who, Star Trek and other Cult TV programs.

NON-FICTION -
Art, Photography & Sculpture / Australiana / Biographies / Cooking & Gardening / Economics / Environment / Family & Health / History & Politics / Movies & TV / Music / New Age & UFOs / Philosophy & Psychology / Reference & Foreign Language / Science & Nature / Sport & Leisure / Travel & Adventure / True Crime / War / Women's Studies.

Several hundred secondhand music CDs will also be on sale.
