Orders made via the web site's ordering system are sent in an encrypted format. All other communication methods - such as e-mails via the "Contact Us" facility - are not secure and confidential information should not be sent in that way. |
| WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT ? |
EC Productions accepts American Express, JCB, Mastercard and Visa from most customers, along with PayPal. Customers in Australia may pay also by direct deposit (via the ANZ Bank), cheque or Post Office Money Order. International cheques, money orders and wire transfers are not accepted. Unfortunately the bank has also declared that credit card payments can not be accepted from customers in South East Asia and most of Africa. Cash in most major currencies is gladly received, sent well concealed at the customer's own risk. |
| HOW DO I PAY ? |
Depending on your preferred payment method, you will be contacted with the necessary information and the full amount owed (including postage). This could be in the form of a PayPal invoice or just an ordinary e-mail. Do not attempt to pay until you have received such a message. |
| I'M PAYING BY PAYPAL, WHAT DO I DO ? |
Please make sure that the e-mail address you use when placing the order is the same as your PayPal address. This is so that you can be sent a PayPal invoice.

Your credit card is charged only after the order has actually been prepared. You will NOT be charged during the checkout process. If there is any problem in the processing of your credit card, you will be informed prior to the completion of the transaction. |
| WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE ? |
EC Productions uses Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. International shipments are sent by air mail via Australia Post and whatever arrangements they have with each other country's postal service. |
| CAN MY ORDER BE INSURED OR SENT BY REGISTERED MAIL ? |
Any order can be sent with insurance, but Registered Mail deliveries (which include insurance up to $100) are only available within Australia at a cost of $3. Basic insurance (up to Aust $100) for parcels sent overseas costs Aust $9 and increases for more valuable items. You will need to make a specific request for this when placing an order and the fees will be added after checkout. |

Postage is FREE for goods delivered within Australia. |

Sorry, local pickup and/or delivery is not possible. Everything is sent via the postal system. |
| I'M OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA, HOW MUCH IS THE POSTAGE ? |
Postage for overseas orders will be calculated by weight after the order has been received and will be advised to the customer before payment is made. EC Productions is not responsible for custom charges levied on internationally shipped packages. Your country's government may impose taxes and duties on your package prior to its arrival and you are responsible for these. |

EC Productions is a purely mail order operation and customers are not able to visit the premises. |
| DO YOU HAVE A CATALOGUE ? |
No, we don't print catalogues. This website is up-to-date with all of our stock and we strive to keep it as accurate as possible. |
| HOW DO I KNOW IF SOMETHING LISTED ON THE WEBSITE IS ACTUALLY AVAILABLE ? |
Stock items are deleted from the website as soon as an order is received and only once since the site first went on line have two people tried to order the same thing simultaneously. Thus you can be 99% sure that whatever you order is available, however if there is a problem you will only be charged for the actual items supplied. |
| HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ? |
1) Click on the "Browse Catalogue" icon on the left of the page.
2) Click on the red Category titles on the next page, then click on any further Sub-Category titles which appear before the actual product items are displayed.
3) After reading the details of each Product, click on the "Add to Cart" button, which is just below the product's title.
4) The product will then be placed in the Shopping Cart which comprises your order.
5) Once you have done that with all the items you wish to purchase, click on the "your cart" text (written in blue in the Navigation Menu on the left hand side of the screen) or the "view cart" text (written in red at the top of the screen) - both do the same thing.
6) The "cart" summarises your order, so check to make sure it contains what you wish to buy.
7) If there's an item you don't wish to purchase, click on the red "remove" text in the column titled "Remove" and it will be deleted from the order.
8) If the order looks correct, click on the "Check Out" icon.
9) The website will then ask for the full details of where you want the items sent to and will offer a range of payment options.
10) Once you've provided the necessary information, click on the "Submit" icon at the bottom and it will be forwarded in a secure, encrypted format.
11) The freight will then be calculated and you will be advised of the full cost of the order, before payment is made.
12) The items you've ordered will be removed from the site as soon as the order is received and they will be posted to you after payment is completed. |

| HOW DO I DISTINGUISH BETWEEN NEW AND SECONDHAND ITEMS ? |
All secondhand stock is marked as such with the word (SECONDHAND) alongside the item title. |
| HOW DO YOU GRADE YOUR SECONDHAND STOCK ? |
None of the formal grading systems are used, instead the condition of each item is described in plain language in as much detail as seems appropriate. |
